I’ve stayed here many times and had a great stay. They were always friendly and helpful at the desk. The hotel location is quiet and close to restaurants and shopping centers. The area is nice to walk outside. The only drawback is the lack of a parking lot, which makes parking difficult.

Staff was super nice upon check-in even though I had a last-minute reservation. Couldn't find the front desk staff in the morning, but wasn't a huge issue. Room was exactly what I needed. Clean and quiet! Location was perfect and walkable.

The rooms here are pretty nice. The pillows were thin but surprisingly comfy. The mattresses are on a solid sheet of wood with nothing along the sides to keep it in place, so they slide around easily. Every night I had to push the mattresses around to get them back onto the bed correctly. The shower is really a pain to use in terms of temperature control and there's no ledge to put my own bath items. The staff are disappointingly aloof (maybe they should have called the hotel Aloof instead of Aloft? Ha ha ha...). The guy who checked me in late at night was friendly but everyone else looked at me like I was an alien when I passed by and smiled at them. The location is pretty good, close to lots of restaurants and a train stop. Not really any good spots for breakfast, though. Walking can be a slog, depending on the weather (the 10-15 minute walk to Whole Foods was way more of a trek than I thought it would be). Want to walk to the Quick Trip for snacks? There are no sidewalks for part of the journey. Not a fault of the hotel but something to mention.

We love this hotel! 10/10 recommend Aloft Richardson for your wedding room block! Becky and Ellen with the sales team at this location were incredible. After inquiring on a room block for our wedding (in Plano), we received an immediate response from these ladies and started working with Ellen to finalize the details. Ellen was thorough, responsive, and extremely patient. The room blocks offered here are courtesy room blocks and they even have a shuttle that will take your guests to and from your venue (if it’s close). We stayed in the ultra savvy suite and it was incredible. We can’t say thank you enough to Ellen and the entire team at Aloft Richardson!

We stayed at this hotel at the last minute when our apartment needs some renovation. This hotel is very clean and pet friendly. The breakfast area is small but you can bring your plate and sit outside. We were given a corner room and the view at night was beautiful.

This review is strictly about Jordan. Literally 1 word- immaculate! He was so kind, helpful and very knowledgeable! He is a shining star for sure! Service like this sets a place apart from the others!

Elite Gold member at Marriott Booked a room here for a dance competition. We needed a late check out and were told they were sold out and couldnt it. But when we asked people were asking for rooms and getting them. I don’t run a hotel so I’m not sure how it works but as much money as we spend at Marriott you would think they would cater to members
